Preena Jhina has extensive executive level client engagement, advisory and project management experience. Preena was previously senior manager at Deloitte Consulting, serving 10 years advising major corporate clients in the mining, manufacturing, financial services and energy sectors. At Deloitte she was a human capital project manager on multi million rand ERP implementations and an expert on training, change management and talent management. Having successfully secured and distributed an international product in the South African market, Preena leverages her business and consulting experience by providing strategic solutions which can be implemented at a practical level.
